Dr. Robert DeMartino
Dr. Robert DeMartino could have done anything with his life – he has the brains and the motivation – so many of his fellow medical school students who’d thought he would surly become a brain surgeon (or something similar) were surprised when he declared he would pursue chiropractic.
Superior Health Solutions and Dr. DeMartino’s career path of choice came as a result of Dr. DeMartino’s own experiences. For 6 years Dr. DeMartino suffered from debilitating migraine headaches. Medications couldn’t curb the pain, and the numerous doctors he saw couldn’t find the root of the problem – until he visited a chiropractor for a sports injury. Upon being “cured” of his migraines, Dr. DeMartino was inspired; he took on the chiropractor as his mentor and set out to find ways to help others like him. He had lived with the pain, missing school and many normal childhood activities. He found others not only live with pain, but they live with the effects of drugs and surgeries that didn’t – and will never – solve their problems, and he vowed to help them.
To do this, he implements his training in quantum neurology, a collection of techniques that evaluate and restore every major nerve in the body, allowing the body to better heal itself. Dr. DeMartino is the only doctor in Nevada who practices in this area of healing.
Dr. DeMartino is a medical board chair for APDA American Parkinson’s Disease Association, health advisor for Whole Foods Henderson and Sun City MacDonald Ranch and volunteers for the Foundation for Wellness Professionals and Well Rounded Momma, a natural birthing center. He is also a master trainer for the Neurological Relief Centers.
As a member of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, a national nonprofit foundation, Dr. DeMartino as presented as a guest speaker for The Wellness Series held at community libraries and participating businesses. Past topics have ranged from how to burn fat, avoid and eliminate type II diabetes and natural alternatives, to infertility, to treating autism naturally, drug-free approaches to attention deficit disorder (ADD) and attention deficit hyper-activity disorder (ADHD) and solutions to multiple sclerosis symptoms.
